Boards are sold in 1 to 8 foot increments only.

Boards may be slightly longer than stated.

If you need a smaller size board, get the next size up, and trim it to desired length.

Boards

Orders can not be cancelled on boards once production is started, due to the fact that all boards are manufactured to each order specification.

Shipping Damage and Manufacturing Defects on Boards

Customers must report damage to UPS, also contact Designer Doors, Inc. at 1-800-772-0314 on any damage, both from shipping and from manufacturing defects.

RGA's (Returned Goods Authorization) are not given. The reason for this is that damaged boards are not sent back, due to determination of damage by pictures and UPS claims.

There will be no refunds issued on products which have been subject to misuse, improper application or installation, or altered products.
